Update

Well here is a quick update on the Springness around here. The nest that was built in the Christmas wreath by the front door, is now gone. The mama just quit coming to the nest so I took it down and Emma & Mattie helped me set the nest in a flowerbed with only 2 eggs. The rest just didn't make it to the nest. (dropping them got the best of them) About 3 hours later Emma asked me if I thought they hatched yet. :) And the heifers in the pasture are now being called Laverne and Shirley. The brown one, Laverne, is now friendly enough to come to the fence, but only when she wants too. She is kinda finicky and doesn't like people touching her. The black one, Shirley, won't come to the fence at all. Mattie can't understand when she's not friendly. The spring flowers are blooming and my weeping cherry tree have looked so nice all week.
